Protecting your privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals using this website.

We use our records of the pages users have visited on NHS Direct Online to analyse trends, administer the site and track users’ movements so that we can improve the site. Our records do not contain any personal information about users.

We are happy for bona fide users to remain anonymous in their dealings with us and on the forums if that is their preference, as we recognise the sensitivity of baby loss issues at a time of distress.

Dedication content and basic contact details only (eg name and email address) are stored securely in the event that an enquiry is made to contact the author for copyright permission or requesting permission to get in touch to share experiences.  This will always be verified and mediated by Babyloss until it has been established that both enquirer and author are willing to exchange email addresses.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Babyloss is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of other websites.

Feedback submitted to us via email is used to improve our service. We try to respond to all feedback where a valid email address is included.
